The villa is part of a Zen Luxury Villas & Suites complex, where seven more villas are located, each with their own private pool and facilities. The villa is located in the 2nd line of the complex, and there is another complex located in front.

External Living | Private Pool
This captivating home is embellished with a private 30m2 heated (with extra fee) infinity swimming pool, lounge area and sea front outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dinning area under sunset skies. The property boasts spectacular sea views to the entire Hersonissos prefecture. An ideal sea front holiday escape for those who seek ultimate luxury and summery living. Kindly note that as per year 2024, a shared charcoal BBQ is included in the villas complex available for all villas, close to the parking area, for more enjoyable grill nights.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory white washed design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom on the second floor and a twin bedroom “under the stars iconic style” featuring a glass ceiling on the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds, and one more guest can sleep in the couch featured at living room area, an ideal holiday home for up to 5 guests.
