The front desk clerk though very nice and accommodated me with an early check in was deathly sick and should have been home. I am a cancer patient and have a weak immune system. My toilet was running as well which I could hear all night. Over priced for what you get. The house is located a short walk away from the beach and our pup enjoyed her walks on the beach as much as we did. The location is also super nice and close to biking paths which lead to all the places on Sea Pines. I would definitely stay here again. 2 families with several teenagers enjoyed our time at this great house.
