With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). "Location in Alexandria is ideal for exploring DC area. 7 minute drive to Huntington Metro stop with parking. Some issue at check in from previous guests, but was host on top of providing solutions. Lower floor with 2 double beds provided excellent location for cousin's slumber parties. Quiet neighborhood with driveway for parking."
