Ocean Front facing the Tropic of Cancer Beach !!

"We had a fabulous stay! The house location is perfect. Just a minute walk to the beautiful & breathtaking Tropical of Cancer beach. The house was clean and inviting. Beds were all comfortable. All of the air conditioners worked perfectly. Having a washer & dryer in the house and a patio set for the front porch added would be the icing on the cake to make a stay more comfortable. Some of the beach chairs were worn due to use & the weather. We did have a few break on us so I messaged Richard and he apologized and promptly ordered more to be delivered. We were very impressed by his willingness and action to resolve the issue promptly. He was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay there again and I’m happy to say I would highly recommend staying here. Marie, Susan & Amy "

"Villa was fantastic. Exactly as described. Very clean, nice decor, comfortable and perfect for two couples or family. Great beds! All the amenities you will need. Beach was beautiful, peaceful, and water was perfect. We will be back for sure !"

"The house and location was awesome. Plenty of space, pools were great, and the beach was awesome. We even had a boat pick us up directly from our dock for a boat excursion. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone."

"We had an incredible week at Paul's property in Little Exuma with our family of 16, including 8 adults and 8 kids! The property was a perfect fit for our large group, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy time together, and make unforgettable memories.Paul was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond and help with anything that came up.The location is very secluded, which made it feel like our own private slice of paradise, yet there was still so much to explore and experience nearby. Even the 30-minute drive to grab groceries, supplies, or visit the marina became part of the adventure. We enjoyed exploring the island, discovering beautiful beaches, and experiencing everything Little Exuma has to offer.One of the highlights was Paul connecting us with a local boat captain who picked our entire group up directly from the beach at the property for an amazing day exploring the islands!If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends, away from the crowds but surrounded by adventure, this is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you, Paul, for helping make our family vacation one we'll never forget! We would absolutely recommend this property!"

"-We were very impressed with the communication with the host and the property manager. Questions were answered almost immediately and we appreciated all the instructions and information they provided about the island and the departure process at the airport.-The home, like so many places on the island, is way beyond the first impression from the outside. It is extremely well decorated and appointed with all the best appliances and furnishings. And the views from the all-glass back are stunning. We were traveling with another couple and found the living space to be very comfortable and quiet.-We had a great time and are anxious to return!"

"Blue Reef Villa was the perfect home away from home. The pool, the beach, the house, everything was excellent. The house is on Little Exuma, literally 5 minutes away from the most beautiful beach (Tropic of Cancer). We felt comofortable the entire stay. I would reccomend Blue Reef Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing slice of paradise."
