"We had a great stay at this location. We did not realize it was a basement suite so we weren’t aware to go around the side door and delayed our entry a little. But for a basement sweet it was very spacious, not loud at all. Very private. If you are counting on the fouton being another bed it is very small and would only accommodate a small child. Kitchen was clean and had everything you would need. Host was very responsive for our minor needs. Overall a great bang for your buck! We would stay again for sure."

"The hotel is run-down and in a rough area of town. We were greeted at the property by a homeless couple swearing at each other. Once we got inside the hotel, 2 gentlemen were arguing with the desk clerk over money, and it was pretty heated. Not a great impression overall so far. The hallways and common areas were as clean as could be in this run-down hotel. We got to our double-queen room, and it was too small for 4 people. The hotel room was relatively clean. We did find hair in our threadbare bedding, which was gross. The bathroom was as clean as it could be, but the shower looked gross. We refused to use it. Overall, you can tell the hotel was doing its best to stay clean. Breakfast was cereal, pastries, and oatmeal. You aren't even allowed to take your coffee out of the breakfast area. No hot food at all. This hotel is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, and we won't be coming back. "

"The place is lovely. My biggest thing was that the sound transfer from the door to the upper or main floor of the home is nearly non existent. You can hear everything when they are on the main floor. I would suggest adding a more sound proof door and perhaps a seal on the bottom as well. But the just was great at answering all my questions and accommodating me on a few things. Overall a good experience. "

"I was looking forward to my trip, but my stay was very uncomfortable. I thought the previous review was exaggerated but everything it said was true. The house had an awful smell. It was so severe that we had to keep the windows open and had to use air fresheners. It was very strong and it hurt our throats, even after leaving the property. When we arrived there was some amenities that were missing, such as toilet paper. The house was also a bit messy, with dirty carpet and unclean bathroom. Some amenities listed were not included such as desk and the tv roku apps were all locked with other accounts. When we were looking for towels we found a messy locker with bed sheets and rags that were damp. We traveled with children and the trains were very loud and kept us awake. If you are not used to highway noise or train horns, I would not recommend this property. The neighborhood was very sketchy and there were a lot of homeless people going around and checking the cars parked around us. The property might have potential, but it's more appropriate for adults traveling not families. "

"As the name says, cozy and bright, plenty of natural light, just note that there is no kitchen in the unit and you will need to use the kitchen upstairs if needed. The host and hostess are very friendly and good people. We stayed here for 13 days with no issues. The bed was my favorite part. Firm and great night’s rest. I work in IT so the internet was able to handle my high speed data needs. It is within walking distance to stores about 8-10 minute walk."
