"The location was excellent. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need (laundry, cleaning supplies, etc). The cabin needs a lot of work outside. It's in bad shape, roof, painting, grounds. That aside, the biggest problem is the alarm system. The alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night. We discussed the problem with the property mgt company and they were unable to address the problem."

"Birch Rise Farm was the perfect place to stay for our family plans. It was conveniently close to nature trails, Lake Winnisquam and downtowns of a few local towns. The farm itself was beautiful and we loved the tour that Ken and Kate provided. My children loved meeting some animals and tasting the delicious foods grown on the property. The eggs and meat products were delicious. Kate checked in as needed to ensure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely stay at Birch Rise Farm again."
