Enjoy the fantastic location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The house has three stories. The basement is permanently leased, while the ground floor and ground floor (143 square metres + terraces) are available for your use.

Things to Do
The location is ideal for hikes on high-quality trails (Sickender Höhenweg, Holzlandweg, Premiumweg Pfälzer Waldpfad, and others) as well as mountain bike tours in the Palatinate Forest. You’ll find a very beautiful deciduous forest, for example, at the Horbacher Kopf, just around the corner.
