"The location was really nice. Walkable distance from grocery stores and the train station. The staff was helpful and nice in leading us to the room since it was separate from the hotel. The internet was not working so we couldn’t watch tv or use wifi on our devices. The bathroom door was also broken and we couldn’t shut it all the way. "A superb stay in Lugano. Suitenhotel Parco Paradiso is set in a quiet location with gorgeous mountain scenery, just a short walk down to the lakefront. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, paired with a modern, generously sized bathroom. The included breakfast was generous and varied, catering well to everyone (including families with young kids, who seemed right at home). Plus, having the Monte San Salvatore funicular within easy walking distance was a fantastic bonus for incredible area views. Would gladly stay here again!"
