Einfach gesagt. PERFEKTER AUFENTHALT
Geräumiges und gemütliches Haus. Ausstattung hervorragend, bis ins letzte Detail überlegt; alles fast neuwertig. Sauberes Haus (man kann bedenkenlos barfuss laufen) 7.9. bis 15.9.2023: sehr ruhiges Feriendorf. (Auf der Terrasse ist man ungestört (auch von Blicken anderer) Separates und geräumiges Gartenhäusch. Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz beim Haus. Im Vorfeld sehr ausführliche und sehr präzise Informationen des Besitzers. Nachteil: Bettwäsche wird nicht angeboten, keine Waschmaschine

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar dort. In der Wohnung haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist gleich am Gevelinger Meer. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern konnten wir viele Touren unternehmen. Von Land und Leute sind wir sehr angetan. Wir fahren gerne einmal wieder hin, Holland ist immer eine Reise wert. Liebe Grüsse Hubertus Fischer und Mitreisende

Nicht mit Kindern....
Im und am Haus fehlte der Punkt Sauberkeit. Ordentlich ja, doch dafür das eine Firma kommt zum Reinigen dennoch noch zu Unsauber. Spinnenweben/Staubweben wurden schon länger nicht mehr entfernt weder im Haus noch Aussen am Gartenschuppen leider. Auch Fenster wurden schon einige Wochen/Monate nicht mehr gereinigt. Fingerabdrücke von den vorherigen waren noch an der Terassentür deutlich unter anderem zu sehen. Das Haus ist der Sicherheit bei den Schalter/Steckdosen durch fehlende Erdungsleitung, noch altes 2 Draht System, nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet. Unser kleiner ist zum Glück schon kurz vor den 7 Jahren. Das Dach ist nicht gedämmt im inneren und man merkt es ziehen in den Schlafräumen. Das Obergeschoss ist auf Konstruktionsholz aufgebaut mit Bodendielen als Boden mit Laminat drüber. Entsprechend hört man es unten und Kinder sollten oben nicht rennen, da Farbe/Putz oder was auch immer die Decke im EG ist, leicht bröckelig runter kommt. Nicht Stark aber hin und wieder kommt mal was runter gefallen. Man sollte auch dringend beachten das vieles, vorallem Essenslokale, Montags und Dienstags geschlossen haben. Bis auf die Pizzaria welche man aber auch besser meiden kann und sollte. Am 40 Meter Sandstrand oder eher Kiesstrand wurden Algen in Tonnen angespült über die Zeit, sodass am Anfang erstmal eine Dicke Schicht überschritten werden muss und dann ist man direkt Knöcheltief schon im Wasser. Im großen und ganzen für Ältere und Paare okay aber mit Kindern empfiehlt es sich nicht. Durch die fehlende Waschmaschine und ggf sogar Trockner, wäre ein längerer Aufenthalt aus unserer Sicht sehr schlecht besonders mit Kindern.
