"The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or take my child to the Brick room( main buffet restaurant) which is highly unacceptable.They definitely need to rectify this."

"Overall a very nice stay here. The rooms are very well appointed and the staff is extremely polite and responsive. The ACs had an issue but the staff helped relocate us as well as made sure everything was working correctly. In addition, they also replaced the AC units promptly. Very good hospitality, would definitely stay with them again. overall 5*****"

"Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "
