This bright and cheerfully decorated holiday apartment on the mezzanine level offers the ideal retreat for two adults and a toddler. The stylish furnishings, thoughtful details, and fully equipped kitchenette with a cosy dining area create a homely atmosphere where you can relax and feel right at home. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), a modern bathroom with a shower, and a balcony for relaxing moments round out the amenities. For our younger guests, we can provide a travel cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) upon request, as well as a high chair (for an extra charge). A private parking space (No. 3) is located in the courtyard.

Each apartment has its own parking space—some in the underground garage, some outdoors (no room to turn around). Note: The entrance to the underground garage is 2?m high; the parking spaces there are narrow, and turning room is limited. An lift takes you comfortably to all floors. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for shared use for a fee. Please note that the main entrance to the building is accessible only via a few steps.
