Hallo, Wir waren zufrieden ,die Lage war toll , die Schlüssel zur Wohnung müssen erneuert werden da sie sehr schlecht ins Schloß passten, die Sauberkeit im Bad müsste ein wenig verbessert werden. Ansonsten war alles gut. Liebe Grüße aus der Heimat Familie Franz

Ein wirklich schönes Objekt direkt an der Promenade. Die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit wäre zu machen (Gardine Schlafzimmer, Farbe im Bad überm Spiegel, evtl. mal neue Silikonfugen in der Dusche), aber insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einem liebevoll wiederaufgebauten Altbau. Gerne wieder!

Im Bad wären aus unserer Sicht ein paar Änderungen angebracht. Die Duschabtrennung mittels Duschvorhang ist unzweckmäßig und birgt somit auch Gefahrenpotentiale (Rutschgefahr und Feuchteschäden) eine Ablagemmöglichkeit in der Dusche wäre hilfreich.. Eine Tür mit 2/3 Lichtausschnitt als Badzugang ist unangebracht, selbst mit der Innenjalousie. Ein entsprechendes WC-Schloss könnte auch hier die Privatsphäre etwas besser schützen. Das ist kein Meckern sondern nur konstruktive Kritik.

Danke für den DVD-Player. Für die Küche wäre ein einfacher Pfannenwender schön und auch eine neue Pfanne. Gut auch die „Erstaustattung“ mit Geschirrspültabs und Toilettenpapier. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Die Kurtaxe für Kinder ist unverschämt, dafür können Sie aber ja nichts. Vielleicht aber weiterleiten. Danke.

In der Zeit vom 21. - 26.10.2023 verbrachten wir schöne Tage in Ahlbeck und in der Ferienwohnung Emmy 2. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Ostsee. Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet übergeben, sodass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgten sehr unkompliziert und einige gute Tipps gab es auch noch. Vielen Dank für alles und bis bald.
