This charming 3-room holiday apartment (70 square metres) on the ground floor of the villa features a skilful blend of charming country-style decor and modern amenities. The furnishings are, of course, chosen with the utmost taste; the living area, featuring a Samsung Smart TV and Blu-ray player, also includes a designer gas fireplace that can be operated by remote control—a real highlight, especially during the colder months. The space is complemented by the open, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop) and the cosy dining area. The two bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (1.80 m), are also equipped with a flat-screen TV. A starter set of linens is provided for your comfort. In addition to the beautiful bathroom with a large vanity and a real-glass shower, there is a guest bathroom. If you’re not in the mood for the beach, you can relax on the sunny south-facing balcony. The in-house Wi-Fi network is available free of charge. As a special treat for your day at the beach, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach from mid-May through the end of September (weather permitting).
