Newly built villa directly on the Heringsdorf promenade with a total of 15 exclusive apartments. It is located in uptown herring village and therefore has a central but quiet location. In the house there is a bicycle storage room, washing machine. and dryer, and a lift. A parking space per apartment is located at the house. From enclosed grounds there is direct access to the promenade and the beach. 2-Raumwhg. in. 1 OG, Country Style, SZ integr with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, in the passage area to the living room comfortable Murphy bed for 2 persons, kitchen. (Dishwasher, oven, microwave), 2 TV, allergy-friendly with parquet (except bathroom, kitchen), covered balcony on the lake side.
