The open and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an additional Senseo capsule coffee machine. A dining area at the counter as well as a separate dining area invite you to enjoy your meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious, covered balcony (approx. 12 sqm) with a view of the lake. Underfloor heating provides additional comfort, and an outdoor parking space (No. 17) is available right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
