Apartment number 4 is on the ground floor of the building. With an open and bright layout, this approximately 60-square-meter apartment offers space for two people. As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living and kitchen area. To your right is a high-quality kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, so you can prepare your own meals even while on holiday. A bench with a dining table and comfortable armchairs complete the dining area. Whether you’re winding down the evening with a glass of wine or a good book, or planning a night in front of the TV, the living area of the light-filled loggia is the perfect starting point for your holiday relaxation. A large sofa, a reading chair, the TV, and—above all—the electric fireplace create an atmosphere of absolute comfort. Across from the dining area, you can take care of urgent work even while on holiday at the small workspace with a desk. Your beloved furry friend is also welcome to join you as a member of the family.
The bedroom features a large closet with plenty of storage space for your clothes. The comfortable box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 metres) ensures a restful night’s sleep.
As a special highlight of this accommodation, the bathroom features not only a toilet, sink, and shower but also its own steam sauna. This turns your holiday in this apartment into a true wellness experience.

A designated parking space is available next to the house for your vehicle. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the accommodation. Bicycles can be locked to bike racks behind the villa.
