Designed by a renowned interior designer, the 120 square metres of living space can accommodate 4 adults and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel cot). The design emphasises style, quality, and a sense of lightness. The result is a light-filled home that also offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloonsee. The living area, featuring an integrated, fully equipped open kitchen, also includes a comfortable seating area in front of the fireplace. A large wooden table is sure to become your favourite spot—and not just for breakfast. Two spacious bedrooms with double box-spring beds and their own TVs await you. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. The second bathroom, equipped with a shower, features a built-in sauna—a great highlight, not just during the colder months. The two balconies (1 on the east side / 1 on the sheltered [&] sunny south side) are also particularly lovely, offering lake views of the beautiful Schloonsee. For your convenience, you can use a washing machine, and an initial supply of linens is provided. For the little ones, a travel cot [&] a high chair (for an additional fee) can be booked. Wi-Fi in the apartment is available free of charge.

Divided into two modern buildings (Ostseepalais and Schloonpalais), equipped with an underground car park (entrance height 1.90 m), an lift, and spacious apartments, they offer an ideal holiday home for young and old alike. The Ostseepalais faces the sea (along the beach promenade) and offers a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from almost all apartments (except apartments 1 [&] 2). The Schloonpalais faces south (towards Bergstraße) and offers a beautiful view of Lake Schloon from the apartments; the lake has just been redesigned with its own small promenade. From this building, you can access the beach promenade via the underground car park (and directly from the Ostseepalais). You can’t get any closer to the beach than this! For almost every apartment (except Ostseepalais 2), two adjacent underground parking spaces (total area: 5x5m) are available; bicycles can also be parked here.
