In the immediate vicinity is the center with restaurants and shops. To the fine sandy, wide beach is only about 400 m. There is a reserved, free car parking space on the property grounds, as well as a playground for the little ones in the immediate vicinity. App. 107 / House 1: Modern, bright NO SMOKING 3-room apartment in 1\. OG. with a balcony (facing south) and two bedrooms (1 x double bed with flat screen TV and 1 x two single beds) and a living room. In the living area is also the open kitchen with dishwasher, 4-pl. Electric stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, a combined coffee / coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, etc. There is also a Smart TV in the living area, radio with CD player and DVD player.
