It houses 6 modern apartments with high quality equipment, an elevator. 1 parking space / apartment available, 2 min. to the waterThe apartment 3 is located in the 1. Floor of the house. It has 2 modern bedrooms with double beds (140s + 160s) and 1 bedroom with single bed. The kitchenette is complete (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob) and cleverly integrated into the living room. Ferwinwohnung egört a chic bathroom with floor-deep shower and a separate toilet. 2 balconies allow the view of the Schloonsee or the promenade towards the Baltic Sea. In the storage room (access through the balcony) you will find cleaning products, cot and high chair as well as space for suitcases etc.
