    The house Sonnenland is located only 400m from the Baltic Sea beach with shops and a bakery in immediate sight.

    The spacious three-room apartment is located in the attic of the renovated old building with rustic Kaiserbädercharme. A modern interior and comfortable facilities provide the conditions for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The bright living room has a cozy sofa area and a dining area. Four people find their place to sleep in two separate rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second room has two single beds and some sloping ceilings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and is also suitable for longer stays.

    A parking space and a storage for bicycles are available on the property.
