Arrive and feel right at home. Holiday Apartment 3, located on the ground floor of the villa, offers everything you need for a wonderful holiday on Usedom. The modern living area with a flat-screen TV is complemented by an open, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests. For your convenience, an initial supply of linens (bed linens [&] towels) is provided. You can enjoy the morning sun right away on the spacious balcony.

This gorgeous old villa, located directly behind the dunes in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, was completely renovated in 2006 and now shines once again in its new-old splendour! Surrounded by historic villas, you’ll spend your holiday here on the island of Usedom right near the beach. For your convenience, a parking space is available at the villa. On the property, there is a sauna house that can be used for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The house also features free Wi-Fi.
