Holiday home 'Nordlicht' with private terrace, private garden and Wi-Fi

  • Welcome to holiday home Nordlicht. Situated between the Baltic Sea and Gothensee, our spacious 115 sqm house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a comfortable living room. For little guests, a baby cot and high chair are available. After a walk on the beach or a day at the Heringsdorf spa, unwind in the sauna and spend the evening in the lounge area or on the terrace with a glass of wine. In summer, the terrace is perfect for dining, and a barbecue is provided. The 533 sqm garden offers adults quiet retreats and children a safe play area. The house is lovingly furnished and allergy-friendly; pets are not allowed. Books, DVDs, games, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer are at your disposal. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant climate throughout the house.



    Additional amenities: fireplace, beach chair on the terrace, insect screens on bedroom windows, and two parking spaces at the house.



    For your safety, there are smoke detectors and a CO detector by the fireplace. A small safe is available for valuables.



    The house is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at the edge of a quiet neighborhood. Shops are nearby. An 8 km promenade connects Heringsdorf with Ahlbeck and Bansin. Usedom offers 40 km of sandy beach and is one of Germany’s sunniest holiday regions. Enjoy beach walks and cycling tours.



    Note: The spa card allows free use of the Kaiserbäderlinie 290/291 and other local buses. The spa tax is charged per person per night.



    We rent the house weekly with arrival and departure on Saturday. From November to January, rental periods are flexible – minimum stay 4 days.
