Quiet, but central in the Emperor's Bansin on the edge of Schloonsee, the resort is seahorses. The entire system consists of 10 Danish holiday homes with playground. Here, every holiday becomes a relaxing and enjoyable family experience. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance in about 20 minutes.

Each unit has a cozy living room with open kitchen and wet bar. Adjacent there is a master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with a bed (+ extension / Murphy bed). A private terrace with barbecue fireplace for cozy evenings is located directly at the house. Free parking for each unit on the property available.

1 Woche Ostsee Urlaub herlich. Haus war alles OK wie sagt man .. klein aber fein Sauber , Ausstattung reicht vollkommen aus alles Da . Man hat auch jeden Tag leute gesehen die Anlage gepflegt haben also Daumen hoch . Jederzeit wieder vielen Dank.

Wer günstig eine Unterkunft für ein paar Tage braucht ist hier genau richtig. Auch für die Vierbeiner ist viel Platz zwecks Auslauf.

Sehr geehrter Herr Korth und Team, wir möchten uns recht herzlich bedanken, dass wir im "Seepferdchen 4" unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich. Das Parkhaus dagegen war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. In der Ferienanlage angekommen, da dachten wir oh mein Gott wo sind wir hier bloß gelandet. Die Aussenanlage war ziemlich ungepflegt; der Rasen war Knöchelhoch und stellenweise noch etwas höher. Der 1. Eindruck war also nicht ganz so positiv. Die Inneneinrichtung war schlicht und einfach, dafür aber sehr sauber. Nach Feststellung kleinerer Mängel informierten wir das Büro. Am nächsten Tag kam dann der Hausmeister und reparierte den Abfluß vom Waschbecken und er stellte auch einen anderen Sonnenschirm auf, da bei dem der vorhanden war einige Streben gebrochen waren. Die defekten Fliegengitter und Gartenmöbel sollen wohl zeitnah repariert werden. Der Hausmeister war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Er entschuldigte sich für sein Deutsch, er würde die Sprache erst seit 4 Monaten lernen. Hallo, er sprach schon sehr gut unsere Sprache. Chapeau dafür. Die angebotene "Mondscheinfahrt" war ein echter Knüller und hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Für uns, als schon etwas im Alter fortgeschrittene Urlauber und berufsbedingt nicht mehr die Fittesten, war das Sofa einfach zu niedrig und die Barhocker nicht passend. Nachdem dann am Freitag der Rasen gemäht wurde sah die Anlage gleich viel schöner und einladener aus. Etwas unwürdig war das eine Laken was wohl für Personen mit Inkontinenz gedacht war. Es war unterwärts gummiert beschichtet. Ansonsten hat es uns natürlich sehr gut in Ihrer Anlage gefallen. Alles Gute hat man nirgendwo zusammen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder einmal nach Usedom kommen. Vielleicht schon im nächsten Frühjahr. Dafür hätten wir sehr gerne ein Angebot für eine altersgerechte Unterkunft, wieder für 2 Erwachsene. Wor haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Häuser waren klug angelegt, so dass Privatsphäre garantiert war. Sehr guter Service, nur die Saubberkeit und Ausstattung der Küche nicht optimal.
