Arrive and feel right at home! You’ll be staying in a quiet location on Maxim Gorki Street, just a few steps from the beach and the boardwalk. On the top floor of the building, you’ll find a modern 3-room holiday apartment (71 square metres) that accommodates 4 adults and one toddler (up to 3 years old in a travel cot). The beautiful apartment shines in fresh new colours, as it was recently completely renovated and refurnished. Light colours, coordinating fabrics, and high-quality wooden furniture create a harmonious holiday home. In the living area, the large leather sofa set is perfect for relaxing and watching TV. Flooded with light and offering a great view of Lake Schloonsee, the living area opens onto the sunroom, which features a beautiful dining area. From here, you have access to the balcony. A spacious bedroom with a high-quality double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV ensures restful nights. The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single box-spring beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), making it an ideal retreat for a quick break. The separate kitchen is, of course, equipped with high-quality appliances. A modern shower room with a toilet completes the apartment. On the west-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality lounge furniture, you can soak up the Usedom sun and enjoy the view of the greenery and Schloonsee. A parking space is available for the apartment in a separate garage (height 2.10 m, width 2.50 m); there is a storage room in the building’s basement for bicycles.
