In the third row to the promenade it is only 200m to the east beach. In the heart of Ahlbeck you are always at the pulse of the happenings. In the house is the two-room apartment Vimmerby in the attic. High above the roofs of Ahlbeck you have a small lake view from the bedroom. You enter the apartment through the kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. A wide window front gives plenty of light into the Scandinavian living area. For breakfast, there is a dinette opposite the kitchenette. The bathroom with shower adjoins en suite to the bedroom. The apartment is particularly suitable for 2 people, who can spend their holidays in the center. A parking space is located in the underground car park on the neighboring property. Investment: Haus Skanska is located in the center of Seebad Ahlbeck. In the third row to the promenade it is only 200m to the east beach. On the ground floor of the house is a hearty restaurant invites you to stop. House Skanska offers 3 newly renovated apartments, which are 40 square meters, 50 square meters and 100 square meters. KÜCHE / WOHNZIMMER: Die Küchenzeile hat alles, was man für eine Woche braucht: Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine (Filter im Schrank), Mikrowelle, Ofen, Spülmaschine (Tabs vorhanden), Spülmittel, Waschlappen, Trockentücher, Geschirr, Besteck, Schneidbretter, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, etc. In der Mitte stehen ein Esstisch und zwei Stühle. In der Nähe der Couch befinden sich ein Fernseher (schlechtes Empfangsbild) und ein Radio. Das WLAN ist ausreichend schnell (ich habe keine Verzögerungen gemerkt). BAD: Das Bad ist groß, sauber (kein Schimmel, keine Gerüche) und modern ausgestattet. SCHLAFZIMMER: Im Schlafzimmer stehen ein Doppelbett mit hohen Matratzen, zwei Kleiderschränken und ein Sessel. Aus einem Fenster ist auch ein kleiner Blick auf die Ostsee vorhanden. HAUS: Die Hauseingangstür und die Treppe im Treppenhaus stammen wahrscheinlich noch aus der Bauzeit und sehen entsprechend aus. Alles aber solide mit breiten Treppen und großen Fenstern. Die Eingangstür wird in der Nacht abgeschlossen. PARKEN: Ein Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug befindet sich in der Tiefgarage von Rossmann (1 Minute Fußweg). Die Einfahrt ist eng. Die Fahrzeughöhe ist auf 2 Meter begrenzt. Für das Aus- und Einpacken haben wir das Auto in der Einfahrt neben der Haustür geparkt. LAGE: Die Lage ist zentral. Alles wichtige ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar: Strandpromenade, Lebensmittelgeschäft (EDEKA), Bäcker, Bushaltestelle (mit der Gästekarte dürfen die Busse kostenlos genutzt werden; die Fahrt zur polnischen Grenze dauert ca. 15 Minuten, nach Bansin ca. 30 Minuten), Geschäfte, Restaurants, Fahrradverleih. In der Nacht ist es auf der Strasse ruhig. Morgens machen nur die Möwen Lärm. Die Fenster sind aber schalldicht, falls das jemanden stören sollte. Die Fewo selber ist sehr sauber, das Schlafzimmer ein Traum, die Küche eher in die Jahre gekommen, zweckmäßig aber könnte verschönert werden. Im Bad roch es ziemlich muffig, haben einen Raumspray gekauft und das Problem war gelöst:). Geschockt hat uns allerdings das Treppenhaus. Ein bisschen Farbe und es würde alles nur halb so schlimm sein. Natürlich gewöhnt man sich dran, aber es ist ein absoluter Punktabzug für die Gesamtbewertung ##### Silke S. Wohnzimmer unrigig gestaltet. Hier könnte durch umstellen mehr Atmosphäre in der Wohnküche entstehen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum und Meernähe und es trotzdem ruhig während der Nacht. Gegenüber im Geschäft läuft tagsüber immer Musik zur Straße raus, was wir unmöglich vom Ladeninhaber finden. Bäcker gleich gegenüber. Restaurant-Geräusche haben wir nicht wahrgenommen. Ablage im Bad wenig. Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
