Voilà—right at the top, under the roof of the front building, you’ll find not only a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, but also a perfectly styled, luxurious two-room holiday apartment spanning a generous 75 square metres (bookable for 2 people [&] 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot). Beautiful French furniture from the Grange workshop and distinctive fabrics by Joop, combined with modern design, create a harmonious atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. As soon as you step into the entryway, you’ll find a spacious living area with an adjoining open kitchen and dining area, from which you can look out onto the sea via the balcony. On this secluded balcony, you’ll find not only patio furniture but also a comfortable XXL beach chair (full recliner). The cosy atmosphere of the comfortable leather sofa set in the living area is complemented by a Loewe flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. A special highlight is the gas fireplace, which can be easily operated by remote control. A harmonious bedroom (which can be completely darkened) features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a Loewe flat-screen TV, and a built-in closet; a stylish Dornbracht bathroom with a large, walk-in shower made of real glass; minimalist designs for the sink and toilet; and a small, sunny southwest-facing balcony round out this home. For your convenience, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. A parking space is available in the underground garage. A washing machine in the apartment can be used for a fee. Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. ***Current Notice: Scaffolding will be erected on the front building of the Dünenpalais from March 18 to 25.03.2027 for the planned facade renovation. The scaffolding will be dismantled section by section from May 8 to 13.05.2027.. Facade work on the rear building will continue until 14.05.2027. Afterwards, the scaffolding there will be dismantled by around 20.05.2027. Minor inconveniences may occur during the periods mentioned. The balconies of the attic apartments 22 and 23 will be unavailable. During scaffolding construction, the outdoor parking spaces cannot be used during the day. Costs for alternative parking will be reimbursed. The dates listed are estimates and may change slightly as construction progresses.***
