The 43 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a freestanding fridge with freezer, 1 large hob with oven and a dishwasher.   The couch is a sofa bed for 1 person. The living room has a large TV with teletext and 1 stereo with CD player. In the bedroom, the comfortable double bed with 2 single mattresses ensures a good night's sleep. The shower room has a walk-in shower with glass separation and 1 hair dryer is available. There is a storage room for the suitcases. In front of the apartment is the sunny side of the terrace with garden furniture and cushions; the awning donates the desired shade. The apartment has its own entrance and the parking space is located directly in front of the apartment on the property. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.    The house has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The beach is only a few meters above the enclosed property. Across the street is a beach chair and bike rental. On arrival, the beds are already made.

Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

In a quiet location, between the piers Heringsdorf and Bansin (distance about 1 km) experience pure relaxation.   The beautiful apartments, combined with the beautiful location, will make your holiday a pleasure. The sophisticated and comfortably furnished apartment is ready for you. Bike rental and restaurants are nearby. It is only a few meters to the sandy beach, you only cross the car-free beach promenade. The property is fenced on all sides and the parking space is located on the land. Here you will feel good and spend a nice holiday.

Lage Top - Sauberkeit Flop

Grundsätzlich ok, allerdings schien die Grundreinigung des Apartments seit geraumer Zeit nicht erfolgt zu sein (Spinnweben samt Spinnen in den Ecken, Toilette mit deutlichen Rückständen der letzten großen Nutzung, Tische, Regale, Böden klebrig und fleckig, Kühlschrank verschmutzt, Sand auf den Polsterstühlen, Gläser und Dekoartikel absolut verstaubt, Fenster mit Flecken, etc., etc.). Die Verwaltung gewährte nach einigen Emails einen Rabatt von 5% auf den Mietpreis. Apartment ist sonst wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, das Bad/WC ist allerdings sehr klein und nur durch das Schlafzimmer zu betreten. Lage ist wirklich Top, 5 Min zu Fuß zum Strand von der Wohnung aus und auch die Seebrücken/Centren von Heringsdorf und Bansin sind ohne weiteres leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage trotz hauseigenem Parkplatz direkt vor der Terrasse des Apartments.
