Bring on the holiday with family or friends. This 64-square-meter getaway paradise on the ground floor has room for four adults and one toddler up to three years old (in a travel cot). Three bright, high-ceilinged rooms with exposed beam ceilings, modern design, and state-of-the-art amenities—all lovingly combined into a harmonious living concept—make your holiday here an unforgettable experience. You can relax and soak up the sun on two balconies (18 and 11 square metres in size). Both the living room and both bedrooms open onto them. Inside, a stylish and very cosy living-dining room awaits you. The large windows let in plenty of light. Thanks to the underfloor heating in every room, cold feet are a thing of the past. Two modern sofas provide plenty of comfort for relaxing in front of the real-wood fireplace or the 3D flat-screen TV. You can easily play all your favourite films on the Blu-ray player. Everyone can gather around the large dining table to enjoy leisurely moments together. Speaking of enjoyment—you can easily whip up delicious meals yourself in the fully equipped, open kitchen thanks to high-quality appliances and elegant tableware. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious south-facing balcony. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) (one with a flat-screen TV) serve as peaceful retreats where you can recharge your batteries. Here, you’ll sleep like a baby. In the morning, you’ll be gently awakened by the sun. Start your day right away in the fresh air. From the bedrooms, you have direct access to the east-facing balcony, bathed in morning sunlight and offering a view of the greenery. Both bedrooms feature a spacious closet. The apartment features two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets. The master bathroom is accessible directly from one of the two bedrooms. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided. A parking space is reserved for the apartment in the underground garage. Upon request, we can provide a portable cot (without an additional mattress [&] bedding) and a high chair (for an extra charge) for our younger guests.


Somewhat tucked away, yet centrally located, this hillside residence consists of House A [&] Building B. You’ll find individually designed 2- and 3-room apartments with balconies, terraces, and high-quality amenities. An underground car park is available for both buildings, with one parking space allocated to each apartment. From this underground car park, you can access the lift and the apartments in Building B (regardless of whether you arrive with or without a car). From there, you have access to Building A, which does not have an lift. The upper-level apartments can only be reached by stairs. It’s about a 400-meter walk to the beach and the promenade. Inside the building, the washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. In addition, each apartment has its own postbox on the building.
