FREE 100 MBit Wi-Fi. Infrared sauna, fireplace, barbecue and terrace. Highchair, travel cot, stair gate, microwave, new washing machine (May 2018), beach toys, porch, parking at the house, underfloor heating in the EC and bath. a lot of space for everyone. various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The cottage Anne-Kathrin is located in the Seestraße in Bansin in cultivation to the Villa Inge Lotte. Thus, it is very centrally located and offers by the location in the annex also peace to relax and unwind. A car parking space is available directly on the property and belongs to the house. Restaurants, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, post office, boutiques, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The wide sandy beach is about 300 meters away and very spacious. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. It is a Non smoking home, but on the terrace also for smokers an ashtray ready. The holiday home has free Wi-Fi and was renovated in 2017, most of it newly furnished. It offers enough space for 6 people. In the separate entrance area is a coat rack for jackets, shoes and beach items (a small selection is available on-site for use). After that you get into the dining area with a nice big table and a big mirror. Next door is a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher (Jan 2018 new), coffee machines (1 classic filter machine, 1 ital. Espresso maker for stove, 1 Ikea metal filter pusher ..) Kettle, toaster, high quality pots and pans and a lot of dishes and glasses and sharp knives. Spices, oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, etc. are usually available and are filled by the holiday guests as needed. The adjoining living room has a 42 "LED TV with cable, DVD player, a small stereo system with CD and for the cold days and thus the romance is not too short, there is a fireplace, which can be fired with wood if necessary. Firewood you get in the about 300 meters away supermarket. The entire ground floor is tiled with terracotta and equipped with underfloor heating. The living room opens onto a patio with awning, acacia wood furniture, a barbecue and a communal garden. There is free fast WiFi throughout the house. The house has 3 separate bedrooms. In the 1\. This room is especially popular with teenagers and offers plenty of space and retreat. The two upper floors are equipped with light laminate flooring. The bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine (May -2018 new) large mirror, make-up mirror, hair dryer and underfloor heating is located in the 1st. First floor between the two bedrooms. The temperature of the living rooms and the bathroom are controlled by a floor heating and in the bedrooms radiators are appropriate for the individual sleep temperature. All bedrooms and the dining area will be equipped with smoke detectors from 2018\. There are a total of 4 smoke detectors in the house. Directly on the property there is also the parking lot belonging to the house and there is a bicycle shelter for all guests of the total of 6 cottages. Bansin is one of the 3 imperial baths and is very well developed for tourists. The environment is perfect for nature lovers, families with children, romantic couples, friendly families, people with special needs ... The sandy beach is very wide and made of fine Baltic Sea sand. The shore falls off very gently, so that it is well possible for infants to try the first swimming attempts. Directly behind Bansin opens the cliff with a beautiful beech forest and many paths. Kurz vor unserer Anreise gab es eine genaue Wegbeschreibung, die Hausordnung und nochmals die Info, wie wir an die Schlüssel kommen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut mit allem, was man so braucht, ausgestattet. Wie versprochen, muss man nur ein Stück die Seestraße hoch laufen und ist direkt am Strand. In angrenzender Umgebung gibt es viele verschiedene Restaurants, tolle Eisläden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Fand ich großartig und das setzte sich auch im Ferienhaus fort:an ganz viele Kleinigkeiten würde gedacht im Haus und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Gemütlich und freundlich, komfortabel und auch sehr ruhig. Perfekte Lage: alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt, das Einkaufen und das Meer. Das Ferienhaus hat eine super Lage in Bansin: Gaststätten, Einkaufen, Ostsee - alles leicht erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem, was da Herz begehrt, ausgestattet - sogar eine Infrarot-Kabine gibt es. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein Mini-Problem mit der Duscharmatur wurde sofort behoben. Der Vermieter hat uns bereits im Vorfeld telefonisch kontaktiert und uns viele Tips gegeben. Es ist ein tolles Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist Tip Top und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war Super. Wir haben vor der Anreise telefoniert und haben viele tolle Informationen bekommen. Die Lage in Bansin ist sehr gut. Einkaufen, Essen gehen und die Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir sicher auf der Terrasse abstellen. Wir werden dieses Haus definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die sehr netten Vermieter. ##### Michael A. Ich gebe zu, ich war sehr überrascht, was in so ein schmales Haus alles rein passt. Es war alles vorhanden und die Wege zu Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant...und zum Meer dauerten unter 5 Minuten. Perfekte Lage! Und falls es am Meer zu windig ist, kann man es sich auf der sonnigen, windgeschützten Terrasse gut gehen lassen. ##### Silja E. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral, kurze Wege zu Rewe und zum Strand. Im Ferienhaus alles vorhanden, sehr Familienfreundlich. Baumkronenpfad in Heringsdorf einen Ausflug wert (mit Aussichtsturm und super Blick über die Insel). Mit der Kurkarte kann man kostenlos mit dem Bus hinfahren (fährt jeder halbe Stunde). ##### Stefan Z. Sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Entspannte An- und Abreise. Tolle Lage, schnell zu Fuß zum Strand. Viele Eisläden zur Freude der Kinder. Enge Einfahrt, aber machbar und dafür eigener Parkplatz sehr praktisch. Wenn wieder Bansin, dann auch gerne wieder in dieser Unterkunft! ##### Katharina M. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut mit allem, was man so benötigen könnte, ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich versuchen, es wieder zu mieten.
