Your beloved four-legged friend is also welcome in this apartment. The apartment measures a total of 79 square metres and is stylishly and exquisitely furnished. You won’t find anything run-of-the-mill here! Let the sun and the sound of the Baltic Sea gently wake you up in the morning. From one of the two bedrooms, you’ll have a direct view of the sea. And that’s not all. From the balcony (6 square metres) accessible from the bedroom, you can feel the fresh Baltic Sea breeze right up close. Let your gaze wander, take a deep breath, and unwind: that’s what a holiday is all about. By the way, both bedrooms have access to a balcony. The second balcony (8 square metres) faces southeast, looking down right onto the shopping street and the bustling life of Bansin. Equipped with comfortable box-spring double beds (one measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and the other 1.60 m x 2.00 m), each with a flat-screen TV and spacious closets, they offer comfort and an all-around carefree feeling. This atmosphere, by the way, extends throughout the entire apartment. The large, light-filled living-dining room is a true feel-good zone with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The cosy sofa invites you to relax—whether you’re watching the dancing flames in the glass gas fireplace or enjoying a film on the large flat-screen TV. The technical amenities here also include a hi-fi system with Bluetooth and free Wi-Fi. The beautiful dining table with chairs and a bench is ideal for gathering together. Cook together in the kitchen, which opens onto the living room. The freestanding kitchen island is a real highlight for home cooks. You’ll find exquisite tableware in the cabinets. And the kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances. Your holiday home features two bathrooms. One is accessible exclusively from one of the two bedrooms. However, both are equipped with a beautiful, large, walk-in rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. The master bathroom also features a Finnish sauna, which you can use free of charge. A washer-dryer is located in an utility room. So just arrive and relax. We’ve already made up the beds for you, and towels are also provided. In the modern underground car park, parking space No. 2 in the upper level of the double parking bay (max. height 1.90 m, max. length 5.10 m, max. width 2.50 m, max. load 2,600 kg) is reserved for you.
