Apartment 09 - Villa Stock

The 44 sqm two room apartment upstairs has separate bedroom and living room with seating and sofa (2 extra beds), TV and radio, and kitchenette with dishwasher, stove and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the front terrace (shared) you have a wonderful view of the old villas of the resort architecture.

The modernized and preserve the century villa located in the exclusive resort center of the seaside resort Heringsdorf. Its prime location of Villa Stock easily accessible center, promenade and the Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy the living environment in the 15 stylish Appartemenets 3 floors. Each apartment has its own individual charm and it can be merged two units (max. 7 people), if necessary. In the basement, washing machine and dryer. On the front terrace you have a beautiful view of the old villas of the resort architecture. We offer each apartment a free parking space for your car. Since not enough parking on site are available, we rent in the car park at (250 m from our house) parking. In the apartments you can via wireless connection to surf with your laptop on the Internet or check your mails. As a partner of the Baltic Sea spa "Usedom" we offer our guests a special service, you will receive 50% discount on the entrance fee to the spa (for all non-discounted rates), when and as often as you feel like bathing and sauna fun , Please note that the spa will be closed 14 days in January for maintenance every year.
