Free WiFi is available. The apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor and can be reached by stairs or elevator. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms (1.80 x 2 and 1.60 x 1.90) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted 32 inch television. The apartment is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. A washing machine is available. The apartment has a total of 3 TVs. In the living area there is a cozy leather sofa with long chair. From the sitting area you can see the gas fireplace or the wall-mounted TV. There is a large dining table with beautiful braided chairs with leather upholstery. Here you can spend cozy evenings with friends or family. The fully equipped kitchen borders the living area. Besonders der eine von den 2 Balkonen ist wunderbar, wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt und gerne in der Abendsonne dort gesessen.Das Wohnzimmer inklusive Esstisch gemütlich und sauber. Bäder ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und modern. Die Lage ist perfekt: 5 Minuten zum Strand, aber durch die Lage in der Seitenstraße trotzdem ruhig. 3 Minuten zum Bäcker. Ausreichend Teller, Besteck, Gläser... Und das nicht nur für 4 Personen, so dass man nicht jeden Tag abwaschen muss. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles passt schön zusammen, da ist nichts zusammengewürfelt, wie man es von anderen Fewos kennt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, im Schrank ist genug Platz und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Eine kleine nötige Reparatur wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit vom Vermieter persönlich vorgenommen, das haben wir auch schon anders erlebt. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut für eine Ferienwohnung. Den Kamin mussten wir zum Glück nicht nutzen, ist aber ein schöner Blickfang. Ich habe eigentlich nur zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Schlusselübergabe bei der Abreise könnte man besser lösen. Ich muss nicht extra zum Verwalter fahren um ihn dann da auch nur in einen Briefkasten zu werfen. Da könnte ich ihn auch direkt an der Wohnung in den Briefkasten werfen. Und bei den gemieteten Wäschesets, war ich enttäuscht. Die Handtücher waren sehr klein. Und die Bettwäsche war so typische Hotelbettwäsche die man schnell wechseln kann (ohne Knöpfe und ein ganz fester Stoff). Da hatte ich was anderes erwartet für den Preis. Das kann man aber leicht umgehen, indem man das nächste mal unsere eigene Wäsche mitbringen. An sonsten eine wunderschöne Wohnung die wir nur weiterempfehlen können. Wunderbar ist auch der Gaskamin, welcher uns an unseren 2 kühlen Sommertagen, behagliche Wärme gezaubert hat. Den Enkel hat der Bollerwagen besondere Freude bereitet, so dass wir den kurzen Weg zum Strand, gut ausgestattet vornehmen konnten ;-)). An Alles ist gedacht. Ausstattung top. Nicht nur die Möbel, sondern auch alles Andere. Der Hammer ist der Gaskamin. Fahrräder im Keller abstellen. Perfekt. Keller ist ebenerdig. Stellplatz für Auto super. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Sie ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Auch vom praktischen Nutzen ist sie super durchdacht, es fehlt einem wirklich an Nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man konnte sich von der ersten Sekunde an darin sehr wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist natürlich auch top, nur 2 Minuten zum mega schönen Strand! Danke für die wunderbare Zeit, die meine Mama und ich dort verbringen durften. ##### Evelyn B. Der Gaskamin ist super gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Wir sind sehr pingelich, aber in der Wohnung ist einfach alles toll.
