Floor and offers high ceilings in the old building style combined with an individual mix of real antiques and modern design furniture. The large windows in the living room overlook the Seestraße; Kitchen and bedroom are facing the courtyard. Due to the historical layout, in contrast to the other apartments, there are two single beds (each 90 cm) and a laundry chest with wardrobe, complemented by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (140 cm). The listed house Seebär is a living piece of Ahlbeck. Since the modernization of the historic business and pension building from the late 19th Century are our guests four comfortable apartments in the upper and attic. The property includes a free parking space for each apartment, a lockable bike storage room and a small communal terrace in the sheltered courtyard. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Towel packages, travel cots and high chairs can be rented for a fee. Kurz darauf wurde telefonisch ein komplizierter Check-in Vorgang in einem beauftragten Büro ca. 2 km entfernt angekündigt. Schwierig ohne Auto. Insgesamt mit allen Wegen ca. eine Stunde dafür gebraucht. Davon stand nichts im Inserat. Es gibt Schlüsselboxen! Gleichzeitig zahlt man für diesen ‚Service‘ 70€! Die Wohnung selbst war angenehm, nicht wirklich in einem einheitlichen Stil möbliert. Das Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafraum klapperte durch die Luftbewegung. Nach vielen AirBnB Erfahrungen war ich erstaunt, eine quasi leere Fewo vorzufinden, Handtücher mussten mitgebracht oder für weitere 10€ /Person gemietet werden. Keine Handseife, wenig Toilettenpapier. Ich fühlte mich zwanzig Jahre in der Zeit zurück. Aber offenbar läuft das Geschäft an der Ostsee zu gut, als dass man mit der Zeit gehen müsste.
