Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the front terrace (shared) you have a wonderful view of the old villas of the resort architecture. The modernized and preserve the century villa located in the exclusive resort center of the seaside resort Heringsdorf. Its prime location of Villa Stock easily accessible center, promenade and the Baltic Sea beach. Enjoy the living environment in the 15 stylish Appartemenets 3 floors. Each apartment has its own individual charm and it can be merged two units (max. 7 people), if necessary. In the basement, washing machine and dryer. On the front terrace you have a beautiful view of the old villas of the resort architecture. We offer each apartment a free parking space for your car. Since not enough parking on site are available, we rent in the car park at (250 m from our house) parking. In the apartments you can via wireless connection to surf with your laptop on the Internet or check your mails.
