The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, the sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m) can be used as an extra bed for two people and a bay window with seating. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bedroom has a double bed (box spring bed). Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is located in a beautiful, refurbished Art Nouveau villa and is friendly and modern. The house is quiet and has an underground car park with a bike storage. In the basement are washing machines and dryers, these are available for a fee. The 40 km long sandy beach and the promenade are only about 200 meters away. Alle Einrichtungen im Ort lassen sich gut zu Fuß, besser per Rad erkunden, ebenso die angrenzenden Seebäder. Gut an der Wohnung fanden wir die Tiefgarage und den trockenen Fahrradstellkeller. In der Nähe des Strandes, aber weit ab von dem Trubel auf der Promenade. So hatten wir nach unserern Unternehmungen tagsüber einen geruhsamen "Feierabend" in unserem Domizil.
