OG unter dem Glasdach staut sich die Hitze ungemein. Die gesamte Wohnung roch auch nach 11-tägigem Durchlüften muffig. Alles in der Wohnung braucht eine Auffrischung; Duschvorhang hat am Saum Pilzbesatz, der Wrasenabzug muss erneuert werden…… Die Parkplatzverteilung ist problematisch ( die Kfz müssen in 2\.
