The SWISSPEAK Resorts Thyon 4 Vallées Residence is a modern property located 200 meters from the village center and just 150 meters from the Trabanta chairlift. Built in 2024, this recent residence consists of three 6-story buildings (with elevator) and offers 78 comfortable and well-equipped apartments that can accommodate 4 to 10 people.  
  
 It enjoys a prime location within the 4 Vallées ski area, offering easy access to over 400 km of slopes for all levels, as well as a snow park and learning area. The Thyon resort offers exceptional views of the surrounding Alpine peaks, in a remarkable natural setting.  
  
 On-site, guests can enjoy a friendly restaurant, the 1809, a gaming room, a kids' room, a relaxation lounge, and a Theytaz store. As a bonus, residents benefit from reduced rates at the Grands Bains d'Hérémence, a nearby thermal spa complex with swimming pools, saunas, a hammam, and a wellness area. Surface area : about 100 m². Living room with bed-settee. with coffee machine (Malongo), oven, dishwasher, vitroceramics cooking rings. 2 bedrooms with double bed (160\*200). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80\*190). 2 bathrooms with WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
