She went above and beyond by taking the time to write out helpful English to Montenegrin words and phrases for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. We’d also like to highlight Erman, who made a big impression on us. As a fellow Chelsea fan, it was an absolute joy for my husband to connect with him, he brought great energy, friendliness, and genuine enthusiasm to our experience.
