We chose this place based on its location inside the Venetian wall and were thrilled to find it within a short walk from two grocery stores, bakeries, banks, and almost anything you might need. Nikos met us and made us feel so welcome, and he has appointed the place with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the water, fresh fruit, and raki (a local aperitif), as well as maps and cards for a local taxi and restaurant nearby. We also chose the place for the queen-size bed and washing machine (a must for a 10-day stay with one bag each). We never had an issue with losing water, which we heard could be a problem in other parts of the city. We felt safe day and night, and were amazed by how quiet it was just a short walk from the Main Street, where we could also catch a bus when needed. We can’t wait to return! He truly went above and beyond during our stay. We enjoyed all of his personal touches in the unit from the moment we entered his property. The unit is well lit, and in a secure/central location. It feels luxurious with the seamless fixtures and designs as well. Nikos was so kind in helping us out when we were cutting it close with our next leg of the trip, and helped us with transportation.
