"I stayed at RACV Goldfields resort for 1 night as I was in Ballarat for the marathon. I couldnt believe the size of the room when I opened the door, it was huge, it even had a spa bath! I had to go back into my emails to check how much I paid for the night, as surely I paid much more than what I thought! But no, it was so reasonable priced for the room I was given. The beds were huge, it was all so clean. The beautiful pool was warmed just right, the under cover spa was amazing. All perfect for post run recovery. I really didnt want to leave! Next time I will bring the kids as they would have loved the resort too!! I really cant fault my stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!"

"Beautiful heritage hotel with amazing staff. Lovely balcony room with massive bath & Appelle toiletries. Breakfast was a treat - continental & cooked to order smashed avo eggs. Autumn leaves & the kangaroos. I can’t wait to visit again for a winter spa weekend. "

"Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately."

"The room was clean & bed was super comfortable. Beautiful amenities with lovely touches like heated towels, bath crystals, a Nespresso machine & complimentary sparkling water. The lounge areas were delightful to just sit & relax. The owner was lovely. Thank-you - we will be back. "
