We are very sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay at Hepburn at Hepburn. Whilst some of your grievances are due to personal taste, others are unfortunately factually incorrect. In the interests of other readers, it would be appropriate for these to be corrected. All 14 Villas have King sized beds, there are no exceptions. Suggesting they have a double bed is simply incorrect. The glass bathrooms are a design feature of the Villa loved by many. The curtain that can be pulled around, offers adequate privacy required for the majority of guests. The smoke alarm is compliant with state laws and supplied by our fire protection service company. It is hard wired to the power with a back up battery emitting a green light indicating the battery is not flat. It is hardly noticeable and we have never had this complaint before. The bath salts are high quality Epsom salts individually packaged in our own branding, and are complimentary. Again we are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay however, as evidenced by the vast majority of reviews, Hepburn at Hepburn is much loved and enjoyed by thousands of guests each year, many of whom return several times throughout the year.
