  • Located just 200m from Kerbihan Botanical Park and 400m from Hennebont National Stud, our house will suit a couple with children or a group of friends. Close to shops and public transport, it will also be an ideal starting point for exploring the region (close to Lorient, Port Louis, the expressway, numerous beaches 20/30 minutes away by road). Perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children).

    Housing
    The house is fully equipped for living, (crockery, utensils and daily equipment) it has a pleasant little garden fully enclosed at the back, it is equipped with a garden furniture with parasol and a Weber barbecue. .
    Upstairs we have just fitted out a games room with a Table football, Billiards, Yamaha Synthesizer and also a mini pinball machine and mini table football for children, this space has a lounge area with sofa, television, minibar and a library of children's books.
    Many equipment for the little ones are also available: high chair, bottle warmer, pacifiers, games etc ...
