The arrangements for gaining access to the property were utterly ridiculous ie If you don’t have an iPhone or by the time you get to Finland you had no battery left , you would not gain any access to the flat .Plus the instructions once initial access was secured, were unclear as it took days to work out that you could sue the key into both doors . The flat doesn’t sleep five unless three share a small room or you use the sofa bed which was as hard as a rock . It was complete guess work as to where the rubbish needed to go when we checked out and the flat is very dark even with the blinds up . The centrally controlled light switch was also very unhelpful if you needed to get up in the night as you can’t control individual lights once used . We also didn’t appreciate not being given check out information until 11.30am . Why leave it that late ? The flat is well located but a noisy location being near the bus station. .And one large towel each for 8 days was not enough, nor would it have hurt to have left washing up liquid and a bowl to do the washing up in ,alongside cleaning cloths .When the heating /air con comes on it’s clicks and bangs for hours and there is no access to any TV app , even with your own Netflix account as it doesn’t cater for UK subscribers . No other tv app worked so access should be provided in the room rate package otherwise there is not point having a tv in the apartment at all as foreign travellers can’t use it .
