The hotel was built in 1988 and the full refurbishment took place in 2015. You are among our most valued guests and I am very sorry you found your sofa bed was not properly made up and the bathroom to be unclean. I can assure you that is not the standard in our hotel. We work hard to make sure our housekeepers keep each and every guest room clean and there should have been enough towels in the first place; my apologies.
