Unfortunately I lost my credit card at the airport, so when it came to checking in there wasn't one for the hotel to put possible mini bar charges on. Instews of just taking a cash supplement they LOCKED the mini bar meaning I couldn't even use the fridge to keep my medication cream cool. One nights worth of waiter service was terrible, nothing like the service I received the night before. Waiter was un attentive, uninterested. And to top off the poor experiences when I went swimming in the hotel pool someone stole my room key from my bag, there are no lockers rooms just a changing area, you have to carry your key card wirh you everywhere to travel about the hotel feom floor to floo and to access the gym and swim areas. Not the Hilton experience I was expecting they could easily do WAYYY better.
