It could be a very nice hotel but ......
The daily room service was adequate, but the hotel need a major general cleaning. There are areas that obviously have not been cleaned for a long time. This includes fixtures in the bathroom. It was also extremely unappealing to see the fire escapes that covered with mega amounts of bird droppings and other inappropriate material. Even if you do not normally have to walk out these, it gives a very bad impression. An other area needing attention is the comforters. The filli is clumpy and unpleasant. Especially in a "superior room" I would have expected better. Please invent in new waffel-sown comforters that keeps the fill in place
