"The exterior of the hotel is lovely but once inside it’s very tired. The carpets are worn and stained. No air con or phone in the room. The tea/coffee was not refilled during the service. There is no lift in the section of hotel I was staying. The windows didn’t open much and the was no fan available. ..."
