Very clean, staff was very good. The only negative comment is the beds are too high. I am average height and had to boost myself up on the bed. A little dangerous if you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom.

Incredible location! We stayed there to see Brit Floyd at the casino - it was awesome! Breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel was immaculate. THe hotel and hot tub were sooooo relaxing!

The room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was good. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome with a choice between soft and firm!

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotel at which we have stayed. It was extremely clean and well-kept. We selected it because of it's convenient location to Bethlehem events in the area. We will use it again when visiting.

Our flight was supposed to land in New Haven CT the day after Christmas, but was diverted to Allentown due to weather. In a rush, I looked up a Holiday Inn, and booked it through Expedia. I learned right after booking that the Holiday Inn was 20 minutes from the airport, and I was able to find a Holiday Inn 5 minutes away. After a long and exhausting day of very bad travel, I tried to contact the Holiday Inn on Cherry Lane for a refund, and confirmed that we booked with another Holiday Inn, closer to the airport. We needed to be close to the airport in case they gave us a flight the next morning to New Haven (which they didn't). The airline basically stranded us 4 hours from our final destination, and while that's not Holiday Inn's fault, you think the hotel that I booked too far away would understand and refund our booking, especially since we ended up staying at another Holiday Inn, but closer to the airport. Through Expedia, this Holiday Inn has refused to refund me my money, even though I tried to cancel the reservation just 20 minutes after it was made.

When we checked in, we were assigned a room that faced the interstate yet after an inquiry about overnight noise, the staff member kindly offered (and without prompting) to change our room assignment to the other side of the building. Attentive and proactive customer service!

Easy check-in Lobby was clean, room was clean and beds comfortable. Room was a bit noisy from traffic outside. Breakfast area was not clean, out of a lot of items. It was 8:00 so there was still plenty of time for people to come. Only saw young lady once as she replenished forks, spoons, plates but never the food. Another couple had to ask her to clean a table and she did just that- cleaned one table. Good place to stay but may need to pay to eat somewhere else.
