"We had a very nice sleep at the hotel, it was central enough for us to walk around the old town. We did not have a good experience with some of the restaurant staff, one morning, completely empty restaurant we were ignored by a waitress as she cleared a table. Even when I asked for two cappuccino and two croissants, she reply yes and continued to clean the table. Odd "

"Very nice and comfortable hotel right in the heart of old Basel. The staff was awsome, super friendly, fluent in english. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Our junior suite was great. The bed, pillows and comforter were super confi. Overall a great stay worthy of a return trip in the future."

"With an unique decoration and wonderful staff, this charming hotel sitting in the heart of the oldest area of Milhouse - but still surrounded by shopping - is ready to make an impression. Breakfast also was nice, only missing some cheese. I will be back."
