Downstairs shower doesn't work. Desperate need of a deep clean. Glass shower filthy. Dust on all furniture. No way to open garage when pulling in. The only thing you may need to know though is the amount of stairs!! My thighs are still burning! Hopefully they will get that elevator in working order!!! This was a very nice place to stay. The home had 3 master suites which had their own attached bathrooms. This would be prefect for 3 couples who were traveling together or a family. The location was perfect in the heart of Helen and right on the river. The sounds from the rushing water while sitting on one of the 3 balcony’s was very soothing. We LOVED our stay at the River Haus. The beautiful view and sounds of the river along with all the decks to enjoy it from was lovely. The proximity to town and being able to walk to all the restaurants, shopping and we can't forget bingo made for such a relaxing and laid back vacation. The "haus" itself had everything you could hope for and more. I know a few reviews mentioned no cable but every TV does have ROKU. There is a nice selection of games as well as DVDSl. The location is great to walk everywhere. The house is wonderful and spacious!! Great all year round. Check in and check out are done through email and text, which is nice. Garage for parking. We had a nice stay for Thanksgiving week. Unfortunately, 2 if the 4 fireplaces didn't work and there is no cable. We were happy to hook up our computer to the main TV so we could stream what we wanted. The house was clean and spacious. Also in a great location - close to everything in Helen. The condo was so nice we did not want to leave. Very comfortable and large. The bedrooms were the perfect size. We had issues with the gas fireplaces in the Living room and bedroom. The local staff was the Best!!! They do not offer basic cable in the living room and there was not a Roku. We could not get any television stations which I find is odd.
