Welcome to our Premier condo in Helen right on the River! Our beautifully decorated, cozy home was just painted throughout in March and we are installing a new modular sofa bed, updated bar stools and hanging cafe lights on the deck the first week of April. Our home is an impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is your perfect getaway. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 in the living room. It is Nestled in the heart of the charming Bavarian town of Helen, GA, you’ll be just a short stroll away from delightful shops, delicious restaurants, the thrilling mountain coaster, and fun tubing adventures. Plus, you’re only a 20-minute drive from breathtaking hiking trails and waterfalls. For fishing enthusiasts, there’s trout fishing just 50 feet from your doorstep. Come and experience the magic of River life! We have so many fun activities in Helen, there are now  indoor Pickle Ball courts on Escowee Drive. there is Yonah Mountain, Jumping goat cafe and winery, zip lining, tubing, fishing, Horseback riding, and you can even pet a capybara at the capybara cafe to mingle with the little rascals. There is fun for everyone!

We loved our stay at River Life! It was a wonderful location and we were able to walk everywhere with our two babies in the stroller and leave our car at the property which saved us from having to get in and out and pay for parking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious and the screened in porch with the river view was perfect for our little crew to hang out on and enjoy. We loved walking to the playground to get our energy out and it is just a short stroll from the property. We will definitely stay again!

The condo is located right on the river. Walking distance to several restaurants/shops which is great because there is a $10 parking fee in most of Helen. Great place for a family trip.

Our Third Year At This Place

We have stayed three years in a row at this location. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay and visit Helen GA. It is the perfect location to the fest hall and everything else. We plan on staying here a fourth year!

The best vacation!!!

We enjoyed our vacation so much and this amazing condo was perfect for our group of 3! The location was perfect, close to everything but just outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown crowd.
